    We are searching for a Facility Security Coordinator Analyst, Junior to support the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Program Office (PMA-262) in Patuxent River, Maryland.

    Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    Responsibilities for this Position Include:

    • Collects appropriate security designation letters and checklists for SIPR drops/machines
    • Conduct monthly security and safety self-inspections and walk-throughs of the facility to ensure equipment, common areas, and classified information storage areas meet NAVAIR safety and security standards.
    • Responsible for submission of facility and security information trackers/taskers
    • Coordinates monthly Over-the-air Rekeying (OTAR) test for the Program’s COMSEC equipment.
    • Coordination of video capabilities in conference rooms.
    • Manage Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP) documents for Emergency Response
    • Tracks and manages check-in and check-out procedures and seating chart for program office personnel
    • Prepare COMSEC equipment cabinets to meet the NAVAIR COMSEC SOP standards.
    • Programs Common Access Cards (CACs) in security system for swipe access.
    • Responsible for training personnel on the day-to-day security procedures and opening/closing of secure areas.
    • Reports and investigates security violations and possible compromises to the appropriate authority
    • Submits work requests for building construction projects and space reconfigurations.
    • Updates the SF-700 and associated continuation sheets to ensure appropriate access to classified containers and workspaces.
    • This is an in-person position

    Experience Requirements: Less than three years’ experience and a Bachelor's degree. Allowable substitutions are required with no degree.

    Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description or four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description for a Bachelor’s Degree.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
