• Developing high-quality work products by developing key takeaways from both quantitative and qualitative data
• Participating in and supporting client meetings with client counterparts
• Supporting Senior Consultants, Managers and Directors in engagement administrative activities including status report development and client invoicing
• Being a valued member of a team – providing project management support to keep team deliverables on track and timely
• Ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information
• Manipulating data across databases (e.g., Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau)
• Developing and building client deliverables in PowerPoint

• Pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum GPA of 3.2
• Junior or Class of 2026

• Enthusiasm to continue learning, challenging the team, and enhancing existing strategic solutions
• Logical and structured thinkers with the ability to apply critical thinking to ambiguous and unstructured problems
• Genuine interest in and commitment to healthcare industry
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau/SQL experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prioritization of confidentiality. Ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and your team
• Ability and willingness to travel when necessary. Estimated travel is approximately 40% on average throughout the year. Travel is heavily project specific
