Role Overview
Summer interns will become integral members of our consulting teams, working on an engagement for the duration of the summer under the direction of and collaborating closely with Engagement Managers and Partners. Summer interns will be given their own individual stream of work within the construct of an existing engagement that will approximate the experience of a permanent consultant. Our project teams usually consist of 3-4 members and client engagements often span 3-6 months in duration.

Qualifications and Desired Skills
Following a successful internship, the full-time first year base salary for incoming MBA campus hires begins at $150,000 (and ranges based on the line of business you’re aligned to), plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to line of business, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
