Description

We are a corporate division passionate about research, development and engineering. We develop an array of well-known products in the adult skin and hair, feminine care, oral health, wound care, infant, kids and teen categories. Included are such brand names as Band-Aid Adhesive Bandages, Johnson's Baby products, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Clean & Clear and Neostrata, Listerine, OGX, Rogaine, and Tylenol.

The Consumer Experience Center is looking for a Co-Op who is an analytical and creative thinker who can drive solutions. You will devote to crafting Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc.’s Consumer Experience Center in Skillman, NJ as it grows within R&D.

As a Co-Op you will:

  • Craft the tools and set ongoing record keeping for the Consumer Experience Center.
  • Partner with finance to identify the proper protocol for handling receivables for market research initiatives.
  • Build templates that can be taken forward to track departmental budget.
  • Train members of the team on the templates, so detailed budgeting can continue beyond your assignment.
  • Develop skills including working in ambiguity and complexity management.
  • Develop skills through working across functions and in a global organization with various finance and other business partners in building a foundation for budgeting moving forward.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a full-time undergraduate/graduate program seeking a degree majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • A minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA at the time of application.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the 6 month co-op term.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without limitations and require no sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status).
  • Junior or Senior level standing.
  • History of leadership and multi-functional collaboration.
