    Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for a Post Doc position in Regulatory Affairs, located in US, Skillman, New Jersey, Clearwater, Florida or Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.  The position is for 12 months. The Post Doc will be an individual contributor within the Global Regulatory Affairs team dedicated to providing support to the Global Consumer Health portfolio.

     

    This position resides within the R&D organization, Global Regulatory Affairs function, and will report into the Director, Global Regulatory Affairs. The Post Doc, Global Regulatory Affairs will support key brands within the Consumer Health portfolio. In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations, the Companies’ policies, procedures and guidelines, this position provides support for key brands that may include a range of Regulatory classifications (NDA or ANDA and Monograph Drugs, Dietary Supplements, Medical Devices, Cosmetics or combination products).

     

    Responsibilities

    • Gain knowledge of the Regulatory landscape for the portfolio and support Regulatory activities for areas of responsibility for marketed products and provide input into Regulatory strategy for innovative projects.
    • Assist in promotional material reviews including digital media as well as labeling review and approval.
    • Assist in evaluating ingredients and formulas as well in compiling annual reports and participating in Label Working Groups as required.
    • Support routine submissions to FDA, preparing meeting requests and meeting background packages to FDA.
    • Assessing new guidance documents, competitive activity and providing insights and impact assessments to the business.
    • Revise and create SOP’s and support internal audits and Health Authority inspections as required.
    • Support meetings and interactions with FDA considering enterprise-wide objectives and ensure that meeting objectives are met, and the strong reputation of the Company is maintained.

  • Qualifications
    • PhD, PharmD or equivalent degree required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to critically evaluate regulatory, legal, and scientific data from multiple sources
    • The ability to collaborate across teams
    • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter with a demonstrated track record of achievements
    • This position requires innovative/creative skills that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned activities and projects.
    • The position will require competencies in project management, strategic planning, communication and public speaking, computer skills, interpersonal skills, and networking
    • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
