We’re looking for a Content Specialist Intern to join our Employer Brand team. In this role, you'll develop content for marketing campaigns to promote Magellan Health as a great place to work and authentically communicate our culture. This is a highly coveted role; you’ll work directly for our Vice President of Digital/Social Media and Employer Brand during the foundational months of building the company’s first-ever Employer Brand. You’ll work directly with employees across the U.S. to build a library of job testimonials that will be used in digital marketing campaigns. You will also manage a social media engagement campaign to encourage employee participation on popular review sites.

• You have a desire to use your writing skills and creative abilities to help a transformative healthcare company reach its business goals and help save lives.
• You are comfortable interviewing employees, writing/editing testimonials, drafting social media content and dabbling in creative design.
• You have strong project management skills.
