Organization: Health and Hospital Systems LOCATION: STROGER HOSPITAL -
CHICAGO, IL SHIFT: DAYS Job Summary The Human Resources Liaison will
provide operational support throughout the Department of Human
Resources. Responds to written and verbal inquiries and maintains the
electronic database management with an emphasis on accuracy of data
entered, tracked and analyzed. The Human Resources Liaison is a highly
confidential position. Typical Duties * Provides clerical,
administration, and operational support to the Department of Human
Resources. * Partners with CCHHS departments to acquire files,
documents, data, statistics and any other information as needed * Tracks
and documents grievances * Manages and responds to written and verbal
inquiries for the purpose of providing information or referring requests
to appropriate personnel * Manages and maintains the Employment Plan
disciplinary and ineligible for rehire processes * Creates and maintains
departmental databases and spreadsheets; composes documents and
abstracts large sets of data to support human resource processes *
Compiles and analyzes statistical reports concerning key HR metrics *
Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records for the
purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established
guidelines regulatory requirements * Assists in special projects
supporting HR business initiatives * Acts as a liaison between Human
Resources Operations, Recruitment, Position Control, Classification &
Compensation, etc. to streamline processes and provide support for
positions requiring Labor review and follow-up * Updates HR Recruiting
database with Position Control information * Handles sensitive issues
while maintaining confidentiality of information * Performs other duties
as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High School diploma or GED is
required. (Must provide proof at time of interview) * A minimum of two
(2) years of experience in Human Resources functioning in a support
capacity within a unionized healthcare environment is required. * A
minimum of two (2) years of experience regularly handling and
maintaining confidential data is required. * Prior experience with
Collective Bargaining Agreements is required. * Proficient use of
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. (Testing may be required)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Associates degree from an accredited college
or university is preferred. * Prior experience with Applicant Tracking
Software is preferred. VETERAN PREFERENCE PLEASE READ When applying for

Status. Discharge papers not listing an Honorable Discharge Status are
not acceptable OR A copy of a valid State ID Card or Drivers License
which identifies the holder of the ID as a Veteran, may also be attached
to the application at time of filing. If items are not attached, you
