    • Coordinate and execute special projects with senior leadership, primarily related to the evaluation of potential growth opportunities

    This internship position will be available starting in Summer 2018

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Researching potential acquisition targets and assessing strategic fit
    • Preparing and presenting financial models
    • Organizing and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets
    • Executing special projects (e.g., industry research, strategic planning, new business initiatives)

    Required Qualifications:

    • Currently in first year of obtaining a master’s degree in business from a leading, full-time MBA program
    • Strong accounting, finance, communication, leadership and analytical skills
    • Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and due diligence process
    • Strong financial modeling skills
    • Team player with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure their quality and on-time delivery
    • Travel and work schedule flexibility
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
