If you’re a confident, articulate, professional with strong communication and analytical skills, this is a great opportunity for you to work in a fast-paced, rigorous environment. As a key member of our Corporate Development team, this position will put you at the forefront of projects that have the potential to change the healthcare industry, while providing extensive exposure to key individuals throughout our organization. This position will also provide an opportunity to develop deep global healthcare industry expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Researching potential acquisition targets and assessing strategic fit
  • Preparing and presenting financial models
  • Organizing and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets
  • Executing special projects (e.g., industry research, strategic planning, new business initiatives)


Required Qualifications:

  • Currently in first year of obtaining a master’s degree in business from a leading, full-time MBA program
  • Strong accounting, finance, communication, leadership and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and due diligence process
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Team player with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects to ensure their quality and on-time delivery
  • Travel and work schedule flexibility
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
