    OVERALL PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    Assisting Benefits Analyst and Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate and timely record of employee benefit information supporting all aspects of the process of benefits, while maintaining a solid audit trail, and producing related reports. Successful candidate must have some knowledge and exposure to payroll benefits & ACA processes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensures employees health insurance enrollments are processed accurately and timely by:

    • Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with benefit billing and vouchering
    • Balancing year-end W-2 Health Plan Value prior to production and distribution
    • Monitoring benefit carrier connection files submissions
    • Reviewing manual enrollment process's for accuracy prior to their transmission to vendors
    • Verifying Carrier data for accuracy after carrier connections have been processed in vendor systems
    • Reviewing and correcting carrier connection discrepancy files weekly
    • Assisting with ACA compliance reporting as needed.
    • Assisting Corporate Payroll personnel as needed for accurate and timely benefit submission
    • Reviewing and balancing Health Plan Value on a quarterly basis.
    • Assisting Corporate payroll supports with troubleshooting benefit system problems that arise
    • Social Security Verification of new hires
    • Uploading & maintaining Health Benefit Summary for all plans within Work Force Now self-service benefit portal.
    • Demonstrated detail-orientation, ability to work quickly, accurately, and within deadlines.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prefer AA or AS degree or 3 years related experience.
    • Strong knowledge of ACA, Healthcare reform, ADP WFN, accounting/database software, payroll system, etc
    • Strong MS Excel skills
