    Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for actively partnering in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes across the company, including providing direction and best practices for recruiting exceptional talent, employer branding/marketing as well as developing and growing internal talent.   Responsibilities include Talent Acquisition processes, conducting pre-screenings and interviews and ensuring that potential candidates are a good fit for the client, building relationships with a wide range of business professionals to maintain an archive of potential candidates, preparing a list of vetted applicants tailored to the client's desires and needs, and posting job openings on social media sites and job boards to attract talent.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. 3+ years of recruiting experience, Healthcare experience preferred.
    3. 1+ year developing candidate pipelines
    4. 1+ year of managing Candidate Communities or CRM preferred.
    5. Prior experience with Social Media, Candidate Marketing, and digital outreach.
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    7. Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.

    SKILLS:

    1. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
    2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    3. Comfortable making decisions independently.
    4. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
    5. Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
    6. Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
    7. Excellent verbal and written skills; the ability to communicate complex information in a manner that is easy to understand for laypersons.
    8. Critical thinking – able to identify an issue, explore and evaluate relevant information; and integrate results into the development of a resolution.
    9. Cultural Competence and adaptation – demonstrate commitment to creating an inclusive open environment.
