We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a desire to grow and contribute to the team.  The successful team member will become part of an established Accounts Payable department with independent and shared responsibilities among the team.

SOME PRIMARY DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

• Processing invoices for payment by reviewing accuracy of voucher, invoices, dates, general ledger accounts, and amount owed.
• Recording payment data by entering vouchers into Great Plains software.
• Making payment selections in Great Plains software.
• Distributing checks by mailing checks released by A/P Office.
• Process stop payments and maintains Accounting records
• Reviewing general ledger accounts and dollar amounts for reasonableness, utilizing financial statements.
• Responding quickly to inquiries from other employees/vendors in a cheerful and professional manner.
• Keeping financial data confidential and follows HIPAA policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

• Prefer an AA degree or equivalent technical school, in a related field 
• Minimum one-year related experience in Accounts Payable or combination of school and experience
• Previous ERP experience helpful (Great Plains, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Eager to learn & apply skills and knowledge to position
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Responsible and dependable
