    We are seeking a MS Exchange/Office 365 Administrator who will be responsible for effective design, implementation, configuration, operation, and maintenance supporting all components of the Exchange and Office 365 environments.

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • Minimum of 6 years, preferably 10 years of experience with Exchange and server systems administration.
    • Minimum 6 years experience troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, OneDrive for Business, Outlook client configuration and PowerShell.
    • Minimum 6 years experience with Office 365 Domains, Exchange Accepted Domains, Licensing, Attributes pertaining to AD accounts and Mailboxes, and Exchange Web Services.
    • Minimum 6 years experience with Kaseya, Manage Engine Service Desk, Dell Hardware desired.

    SKILLS:

    • Solid Understanding of Exchange and Office 365 applications.
    • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, O365, SMTP, SQL, Windows Server, group policy, PowerShell, Symantec, Disaster Recovery, print servers, endpoint protection.
    • Knowledge of networking, routing, firewalls, subnets, subdomains, and VLANs.
    • Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply pertinent service level agreements, policies, procedures, regulations, and other requirements and turn them into actionable outcomes.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse community of colleagues and stakeholders.
    • Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.

    INITIALLY TRAINING WILL BE ONSITE THEN TRANSITIONED TO WORKING FROM HOME DURING THE PANDEMIC.
