POSITION SUMMARY: 

Maintains accounting systems, ensures accuracy of information. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; prepares reports and provides documentation for multiple departments.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance or equivalent experience/education • 1 - 2 years accounting experience • Must be familiar with accounting cycle from beginning of month to year-end audit. • Demonstrated knowledge of sound accounting principles. • Ability to perform accounting functions accurately and to work within deadlines

POSITION RESPONIBILITIES:

Provides Treasury Team Support by:

• Assisting to design effective budget and forecasting models for individual facilities and the company as a whole, utilizing Adaptive Insights and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (some exposure to Adaptive Insights preferred) • Serving as back-up for any performa requested • Gathering and maintaining supporting budget documentation • Creating ad-hoc budget and monthly reports utilizing Office Connect • Performing variance analysis and budget reviews • Monitoring and submitting monthly capital expenditure with payments report to CFO • Assisting with compiling and distributing yearly and mid-year budget packets for individual facilities and the company as a whole.

Provides support to Finance Team by:

• Performing special projects as assigned • Following up on issues as requested

Ensures accuracy of information by:

• Reviewing, investigating, and correcting errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports • Writing and updating desk procedures for related processes

Responds to requests for information by:

• Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounting information • Providing supporting documentation
