Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Program Administrator directs and coordinates all aspects of the Center's overall program, including Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation, and community relations. The Clinical Director/Program Administrator ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Clinical Director/Program Administrator is also responsible for the maintenance of Quality Improvement activities to ensure compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.
