Critical Incident Response and Training Specialist

We’re looking for a mission-driven, compassionate professional to join our dynamic team. In this impactful role, the Critical Incident Response and Training Specialist provides immediate and short-term behavioral health support in the aftermath of critical incidents in community, school, and workplace settings.
This position plays a key role in the timely delivery of response services and helps strengthen trauma-informed practices through training, consultation, and skill-building across systems of care.
What You’ll Do:
As a valued member of our team, the Critical Incident Response and Training Specialist will:
This role involves both in-person and virtual service delivery, and may require travel throughout the region.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week; Generally, this will be M-F 9-5 with flexibility; Some flexibility may be required to support urgent response needs or training schedules. Travel across Massachusetts is expected.
Pay Rate Range: $65,000-$68,000 depending on experience
