SCOPE:
Under the direction of the Information Services Director support the entire Crotched Mountain end user community for computer and phone hardware, software, network connectivity, e-mail, and any other necessary Help Desk support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Science degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years in an IT support role involving hardware, software, networking, and IP phone systems
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
SCHEDULE:
- Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30
- Occasional off-hours may be required
PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Computer hardware diagnostics and repair
- Network Hardware
- VPN and Remote Desktop management
- Management of mobile devices
- Windows Active Directory
- Phone equipment diagnostics and repair
- End user training
PRIMARY COMPETENCIES:
First-Level Help Desk End User Support
- Receive calls or work orders and respond with technical assistance
- Evaluate and assign work order in work order tracking system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
