    SCOPE:

    Under the direction of the Information Services Director support the entire Crotched Mountain end user community for computer and phone hardware, software, network connectivity, e-mail, and any other necessary Help Desk support.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor Science degree in computer sciences or equivalent experience
    • 2-3 years in an IT support role involving hardware, software, networking, and IP phone systems
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
    • Effective communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks

    SCHEDULE:

    • Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30
    • Occasional off-hours may be required

    PRIMARY EXPECTATIONS:

    • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite
    • Computer hardware diagnostics and repair
    • Network Hardware
    • VPN and Remote Desktop management
    • Management of mobile devices
    • Windows Active Directory
    • Phone equipment diagnostics and repair
    • End user training

    PRIMARY COMPETENCIES:

    First-Level Help Desk End User Support

    • Receive calls or work orders and respond with technical assistance
    • Evaluate and assign work order in work order tracking system

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
