Customer Care Representative (Part-Time)

Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan is a not-for-profit managed care organization formed by Boston Medical Center in 1997. We serve more than 400,000 members across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. BMCHP is one of the largest Medicaid (MassHealth) health plans in Massachusetts. We’re looking for a compassionate, communicative problem-solver to join our team of Customer Care Representatives in our Manchester, NH office.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work in our Customer Care Center on the front lines, helping our members—many of whom are from underserved communities—navigate their coverage, understand their eligibility and benefits, and—most importantly—get what they need out of their health plan.
This means taking on a variety of customer care responsibilities such as:
