Caring Senior Service | National Support Team
Starting at $14/hour | Part-Time | Hybrid (Remote + 1–2 Days In Office)
Monday–Friday Availability Between 7AM–7PM CST
At Caring Senior Service, we help seniors remain healthy, happy, and at home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for families seeking care and support.
This role goes beyond answering phones. You will provide professional, compassionate assistance while helping connect families to the right resources.

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Respond to leads and inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
Schedule consultations and interviews
Accurately enter and document information in required systems
Communicate important updates to branch teams
Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure excellent service
Maintain productivity and documentation standards
This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where responsiveness and attention to detail matter.

Strong verbal and written communicators
Professional, courteous, and empathetic
Comfortable using multiple software systems
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a high-volume environment
Customer service, call center, administrative, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Fluent in English (spoken and written), bi-lingual a plus
