    Position Overview: As a CSCO Co-Op (Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine) – you'll support Johnson & Johnson's CSCO organization, with a focus on supporting all of CSCO’s functional work groups, including but not limited to; Customer Support Services, Reverse Distribution, Revenue, ect. You'll leverage data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer and patient outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams across commercial, logistics, and customer service functions, playing a critical role in process improvement, strategic analytics, and project leadership.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements using advanced Excel skills (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros). Lead at least one high-impact project utilizing LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize pharmaceutical processes.
    • Manage relationships with targeted customers and/or internal partners, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain initiatives to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
    • Generate detailed reports and dashboards to inform decision-making, including weekly pharmaceutical supply chain reports, ad hoc analytics, and KPI tracking using Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.
    • Collaborate with internal teams on business process improvements and projects aligned with strategic objectives for 2026.
    • Facilitate proactive communication by distributing reports, leading meetings, and supporting local team activities as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Currently pursuing a BA/BS and Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros), PowerPoint, Word.
    • Familiarity with supply chain management systems (SAP preferred).
    • Experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic mindset.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with a development-focused attitude and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
    • Proven leadership or project management experience (preferred).
    • Previous co-op or internship experience is a plus.

    Work Environment & Location:

    • US-based roles in Titusville NJ and Somerset, NJ, with flexibility for remote work (on-site at Somerset on Wednesdays) and availability between 8 AM - 5 PM EST.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $23.00/hr to $51.50/hr

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
