The Customer Success Associate will play a starring role in crafting and implementing Nomad’s customer strategy.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering customer (clinicians and recruiters) inquiries on our website, nomadhealth.com
• Solving customer issues via phone, email, chat
• Designing Nomad’s customer success workflow and selecting the tools to manage it
• Strategically intervening with doctors and recruiters to achieve placements
• Collaborating with the Nomad product team to translate front-line insights into functional products and services
• Embracing an “all hands on deck” culture
