CVP is seeking a Healthcare Consultant to work with government organizations to execute evaluation and quality improvement projects for our clients. The Consultant will interface with a range of stakeholders at Medical Centers. This Consultant position specifically impacts Women Veterans receiving high quality, gender-specific health care at VA health facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Lead Analyst for four Medical Centers, which requires: stakeholder coordination, conducting stakeholder interviews, meeting and site visit facilitation, data analysis, report writing, and implementing quality improvement projects
• Assist the Project Manager with project management (including weekly and monthly reporting, monthly client meeting preparation)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (Public Health, Health Administration), ideally a Master’s Degree
• At a minimum 2-3 years of experience, ideally related to Veterans Health
• Comfortable facilitating client-facing meetings (including daily meetings and report-outs with a range of stakeholders)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Works both independently and collaboratively with junior and senior staff
• Experience with supporting health equity and/or women’s health projects
• Interest in Evidence-Based Quality Improvement (EBQI)
• Thrives in a team environment
• Ability to obtain VA access

Travel:

• Willing and able to travel for up to four weeks between ~September 2023 – March 2024
