• Work with teams requesting access to Health Care Data Platform sources to understand data required, identify standard consumption patterns and facilitate security and privacy review.
• Participate in weekly Data Governance Council meetings and schedule required offline follow up meetings.
• Implement DUR (Data Use and Rights)/ Data Governance process updates and create communication and training for end users.
• Assist team with DUR (Data Use and Rights)/ Data Governance SharePoint site design and development.
• Develop strategy for DUR (Data Use and Rights)/ Data Governance tracking and metrics.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of Data Analysis experience
• 3+ years of relational database experience
• 3+ years of complex SQL script writing experience
• Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• 1 year of Quality Assurance experience
• 1 year of Healthcare Industry experience
• 1 year of Data Warehousing experience
• Exposure to Agile project management methodologies, including hybrid approaches
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Data Governance program experience
