Direct Support professionals (DSPs) work with a 24 yr old male with disabilities to help him gain skills and more independence in areas such as communication, social skills, housekeeping, budgeting, personal safety, health, and recreation. We are looking for full-time and part-time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The rate of Pay is $25/hr +$3/hr differential for weekend hours worked Saturday 12am-Sunday 11:59 pm. The overnight position is awake. This young man is delightful and on the move. He loves talking, walking, eating, and learning and is an active church member. If you are in school for special ed, psychology, pre-med, or similar studies, this is the perfect young man to teach you practical skills! Must pass a background check. Experience preferred!
