    Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Digital Business Transformation Intern, located in Raritan, NJ

    Your application and area of interest will be used to determine which one of our many exciting positions best fits you. Summer intern positions are full-time opportunities expecting to last 10 weeks, beginning on June 3rd, 2024, to Aug 9th, 2024.

    During the internship, you’ll have a chance to work on vital assignments and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll apply your skill set in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to projects that make measurable, real-world impact during your 10-week experience. You will partner with Digital Business Transformation leaders as well as other cross-functional partners.

    The Intern(s) will participate in DBT projects in the following programs:

    • Strategic Planning and Program Operations

    • TranSCend

    • Transformation Projects

    • Data Solutions

    • Solutions Management

    Key Responsibilities

    Most assignments will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

    • Work within specialized groups in J&J DBT to deploy solutions for business partners and drive value

    • Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated business area

    • Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the Digital Business Transformation program portfolio

    • Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the J&J Digital Business Transformation Strategy

    • Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key projects

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Be currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s degree

    • Must be an ascending Junior or Senior year Undergraduate by May 2024

    • Preferred a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0

    • Preferred college majors in one or more of the following: Marketing, Finance, Communications, Data Science, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences.

    Experience and Skills:

    • Candidates must be available to work Full-time

    • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1-B status) now or in the future

    • Candidates must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

    • Candidates must have the ability to work individually as well as on a team

    • Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft Office & have strong oral and written communication skills

    • Demonstratable decision-making skills

    • Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it

    • A self-starter: interest in continually challenging oneself and willingness to step outside of one’s comfort zone

    • Interns are paid full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks starting on June 3, 2024

    • Language: English

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Process documentation, technical writing, or project management skills

    The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $24.00/hr, Junior $25/hr, Senior $27/hr, Master’s degree $32/hr.
