Caring Senior Service of the Quad Cities is hiring Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, non-medical, in-home care to seniors throughout the Illinois Quad Cities area.

About the Role

As a caregiver with Caring Senior Service, you'll support seniors in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Care is always 1:1 , allowing you to focus on quality—not rushing from client to client.

Care may include:

• Companionship and friendly conversation
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Transfers and mobility support
• Errands and transportation to appointments

Shifts & Scheduling

• Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN options available
• Flexible scheduling — choose shifts that fit your life
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Ongoing needs throughout the Quad Cities area

Pay Rates

• Caregivers: Starting at $15/hour
• CNAs: Starting at $17/hour

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience OR current CNA license
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• A compassionate, dependable approach to senior care
