We are searching for the best talent for Distribution Operator to be in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Ensures customer order is picked, prepared, and packaged for shipment with records maintenance.

2. Transports, receives, and stocks all raw material and finished products.

3. Performs various troubleshooting responsibilities for pick, pack and high speed order processing operations.

4. Inventory supplies needed and orders supplies if vital.

5. Ships international orders and traces domestic and international orders.

6. Spends time performing tasks and projects as assigned by area management

Qualification

Required:

Education:

• High School Degree

Equivalent equivalent Experience and Skills:

• 0-2 years experience product distribution and/ or shipping

• Some mechanical proficiency, troubleshooting

• Proficient at using Tableau, Microsoft applications.

Preferred:

• Give no supervision to others.
• Have led responsibilities for one or more employees.
• Responsible for work flow production, training of new employees and assist in reporting on performance, recommending advancements, implementing new or changed procedures.
• Actions checked periodically. Under general supervision, works within established guidelines and has flexibility as to method, priority and timing of job duties.
• Requires moderate amount of initiative and judgment.
• Under general or minimum supervision, performs duties in terms of stated objectives. Generally works out details within broad guidelines and exercises considerable initiative and judgment.
