    The District Manager (DM) - CARVYKTI is a field-based role reporting to a Field Business Director with responsibilities including:

    • Managing a team of field-based CAR-T Hematologic Malignancy Sales Specialists who will plan and execute territory business plans for CARVYKTI in Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM).
    • Understanding and shaping local market solutions to compliantly understand key marketing and customer drivers for CAR-T adoption and growth.
    • Demonstrating business and clinical expertise while building a strategic plan and guiding the team to deliver sales results within an assigned budget.
    • Possessing strong leadership skills and building a high-performing, motivated and engaged team while developing individual talent and managing performance.
    • Connecting and collaborating with internal and external customers and shaping our business to help the appropriate patients, including operations teams, field teams, medical partners
    • Working in the field with minimal supervision, adapting quickly to change and demonstrating an understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech regulatory and promotional guidelines.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
    • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years of sales or cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry
    • Minimum of two (2) years of proven people leadership experience within a launch or growth product lifecycle
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and motivate new teams to success; demonstrating visionary thinking, agility, and strong collaboration skills
    • A valid driver's license issued in one of the fifty (50) United States and willingness to travel as needed or required, up to 50%, which may include overnight/weekend travel.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Oncology (RRMM preferred), hospital and/or large account sales, and leading through complex reimbursement issues.
    • Specialty sales experience and an understanding of the Oncology market, specifically Hematology, Cell Therapy and/or rare disease.
    • Expertise in high-level planning and organizing and business planning

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $199,000. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

      • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
      • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
