Drybar is looking for a social media coordinator to connect with our online community on Drybars social media networks and review management sites. This will be an integral role on the social media team and be responsible for responding to inbound social media comments and messages using Drybars brand voice as well as implementing tactics to manage Drybars ratings and reviews. They will also be responsible for crafting witty, engaging captions for outbound content to increase engagement and overall brand sentiment. The position will report directly into the brand marketing manager and work collaboratively with Drybars customer service team. We'd love to show you what we're all about! Check out our 10 core values, the Heart & Soul of Drybar: Responsibilities * Responsible for community management across all social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) and review management sites (Yelp and Glassdoor). * Respond to all comments and customer queries in a timely manner. * Identify and implement opportunities to improve ratings and reviews on review management sites. * Work with cross-functional teams to guarantee correct answers to client inquiries. * Use client insights to provide necessary feedback to appropriate teams. * Create scalable processes for managing and sharing frequently asked questions, product knowledge and brand voice guidelines. * Become an expert on the Drybar brand from product knowledge to retail operations to ensure accurate and timely responses. * Support social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. * Write witty and engaging social media captions to increase engagement. * Stay up to date on pop culture trends and verbiage to maintain relevancy through our brand voice and conversations. * Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of social media customer service in an effort to maximize results. * Stay up to date with changes and trends in social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. * Prepare visual and written presentation materials. * Review and provide guidance on other digital marketing communications to ensure alignment with brand voice. * Performs other similar or related duties as requested or assigned. Qualifications * BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, PR or related field. * Minimum of 2 years experience in social media or related field. (Retail or beauty industry experience preferred). * Demonstrated success in review management tactics. * Clear understanding of social media community management and engagement. * A passion for pop culture, current events and emerging trends in beauty, retail and content. * Strong familiarity with customer service and the importance of crafting a brand voice. * Proven ability to write engaging, witty copy. * Experience with various social media tools such as Curalate, Sprinklr, and/or Dash Hudson a strong plus. * Strong team building skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.
