Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ECS Operation & Maintenance Specialist to support production equipment operations and maintenance. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Equipment Control System (ECS) to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing processes.

• Manage and operate the Equipment Control System (ECS) for production facilities
• Monitor equipment status and ensure stable system performance
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance support for production equipment
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate system records and operational documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment and system operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ECS (Equipment Control System) required
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and system-related issues
• Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Schedule

• Shift-based schedule:
  • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
