We're hiring a caring and dedicated Lead Teacher. This role plays a vital part in nurturing early development through hands-on learning and supportive guidance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the daily operations of a vibrant and safe toddler classroom.

Deliver age-appropriate curriculum using our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum framework.

Create a fun and secure space where 2-year-olds can grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Observe and document developmental progress and personalize learning experiences.

Build strong communication with families to ensure trust and transparency.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to deliver top-tier education.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom at all times.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education is a plus.

Experience: Prior work with toddlers or in an early learning setting is strongly preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, time management, patience, and creativity.

Certifications: CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
