    Home Visiting Manager - Early Head Start

    Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Home Visiting Manager!

    In this vital role, the Early Head Start Home Visiting Manager provides reflective and administrative supervision to Home Visitors (HV), supports their professional growth and high-quality service delivery, ensures fidelity to the home-based program model and Head Start Performance Standards, and collaborates with program leadership to support day-to-day operations.

    The Home Visiting Manager also partners with the leadership team to advance continuous quality improvement through data-informed planning, assessment, reporting, evaluation, and decision-making to strengthen program outcomes, services, and policies.

    Pay Range: $36.00 - $38.00/hour depending on experience; with an additional $0.96/hour language differential available

    Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours - Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on-site

    Required Skills

    • Fluent in Arabic, Haitian Creole, Hindi, Portuguese, or Spanish preferred
    • Has knowledge of early childhood education, developmental milestones, principles of child health, safety, and nutrition; adult learning principles; and family dynamics
    • Is able to collaborate, communicate and motivate people
    • Has knowledge of community resources and the skills to link families to appropriate agencies and services
    • Knowledge of, or interest in, Reggio Emilia teaching approaches preferred
    • Access to reliable transportation

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required

    • 3-5 years’ experience in supervision preferred

    • Prior experience in Head Start, Early Education, Home Visiting, Counseling, Adult Education, Community Organizing or other related field preferred

    • Early Head Start/Head Start experience a plus

    • Experience with families with very young children and pre-natal women preferred

    • Experience with low-income families preferred

    • Experience with immigrant population preferred

    • Experience with adult learners preferred
