Chartis Connect Program Overview

Chartis Connect is a virtual recruitment program designed to provide participants with early exposure to the consulting industry and exclusive insights into Chartis. Hosted by our team of experienced consultants and recruiters, this program offers access to informative panel discussions, interactive case workshops, and valuable networking opportunities with Chartis professionals. Participants will gain a competitive advantage in the hiring process by receiving early access to key firm knowledge and industry insights and get an introduction to our affinity groups.

This program is designed to engage pre-MBA students and rising junior undergraduates who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through their academic, professional, or community involvement.

We invite all eligible applicants to apply. Selections will be based on qualifications, experiences, and alignment with the program’s objectives.

We are currently seeking rising junior undergraduate students and pre-MBA students with a 2027 graduation target date.

We encourage applications from individuals whose backgrounds and experiences may not be as commonly represented in the field of consulting. Individuals who identify as Black, Latinx/Hispanic, Indigenous, or Native American are strongly encouraged to apply.
