Essential Functions

1. Complete paint and body work on new and refurbished equipment to include pick-ups, cars, industrial trucks and structural steel.
2. Produce quality work efficiently to meet the production schedule.
3. Demonstrate flexibility in job assignment to meet the needs of the business.
4. Operate tools of the trade proficiently and safely.
5. Maintain facility, equipment, and tools to a high standard of cleanliness and organization.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Ability to follow directions.
2. Ability to complete work individually.
3. Ability to work as a team player on a daily basis.

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma with specialization in industrial or vocational trades.
2. 2-3 years of technical school, or on the job experience preferred.
3. Experience with industrial equipment protective coatings and general paint and body repair.
4. Ability to provide own hand tools.
5. 5-7 years of experience preferred.
