As the ASSOCIATE MARKETING MANAGER with LIBERTY PLASTICS, you will play an integral role on a small team where you’ll be responsible for leading & managing marketing projects from ideas to completion by bringing together the right internal teams and outside vendors to get the job done. In this role, you will support the marketing strategy for two sides of our business, Quarrix Building Products brand and Liberty Plastics, Inc. (Custom Solutions).  

This full-time position reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and is located in Golden Valley, MN.

Required Skills

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Support and/or own execution for a portion or all of the marketing plan and managing off-site freelancers and vendors
• Responsible for execution and ownership for all digital marketing efforts. (Pardot, website, video, social media, online partner sites)
• Manage and/or collaborate on written and creative content (catalogs, case studies, website content, presentations, advertising, and more)
• Ensure successful trade shows and event execution by overseeing internal teams and working with external vendors (ability to travel up to 15%)
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales and a variety of other teams to gather information and feedback while meeting deadlines
• Connect with contractors, homeowners, industry stakeholders to receive testimonials, written content, and video.
• In partnership with the Senior Marketing Manager – ideate, collaborate and develop sales tools, product marketing materials, and partner programs targeted to educate and communicate with specific market segments
• Stay current on market trends and apply those concepts to Liberty Plastics business
• Other marketing needs/requests as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Marketing
• Working with freelancers and vendor experience
• Planning and executing digital marketing experience
• Ability to work independently and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Managing trade shows and events experience
• Content writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content
• Experience producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (videos, blog, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.) to build online audiences
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Email Marketing platforms, Pardot, and CMS
• Experience planning, implementing and analyzing paid social media activities
• Experience in a manufacturing organization a plus
• Strong project management skills
