Job Description

Under supervision perform routine maintenance and repairs on all physical plant equipment. Able to operate boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, Knows how to repair a wide range of plumbing and electrical fixtures. Area of responsibility covers large equipment, machines, tools, appliances and apparatus, maintenance services as is deemed necessary and authorized by department supervisor.

Qualifications

What is required...

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years applicable experience in an engineering/maintenance setting
• Current Washington State Driver’s license
• Valid automobile insurance (minimum of liability coverage)

What is preferred...

• Certification in Medical Gas from a KVH-approved certifying organization

Additional Information

Wage: Wage range currently starts at $22.98/hour and goes up to $34.83/hour. Actual wage will be based on years' of applicable experience.

FTE: 1.0 (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00a-4:30p; On-Call rotation every 6 weeks that will include after hour & weekend call duties
