The successful candidate will have experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting, a compassionate and caring attitude and a proven ability to work collaboratively. Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform necessary procedures with non-invasive methods such as CPAP and BIPAP therapies * Educate and counsel staff members on basic respiratory therapy procedures * Create therapy programs for patients based on the specific instructions of Physicians * Engage in diagnostic evaluation, treatment and control of deficiencies and abnormal functions found in the patients cardiopulmonary system * Collaborate with nursing staff to administer blood gas samples and perform basic analysis Preferred Experience: * Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy required * Current and valid RRT or CRT license * 2+ years active therapy experience required * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comprehensive knowledge of therapy procedures for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric * Ability to work collaboratively and with minimal supervision Competitive pay and great team environment.
