MDS Nurse Hours: Full Time Licensure: Kansas LPN or RN License Responsibilities of the MDS Nurse: Keep updated with the federal and state regulations including the professional standards. Monitor the patient charts and ensure that they are properly encoded and transmit it electronically in timely manner and coordinate with other team to carry out the treatment for patient. Ensure that they follow all the policies set by the health care facility and agency. Preferred experience: * LPN/RN in a Long Term Care Setting- a minimum of 2 years * MDS experience- a minimum of 1 year Will you pledge to live CAPLICO?
