SALES ASSOCIATE - ORTHOPEDIC/PHYSICAL THERAPY MEDICAL DEVICES We are seeking an aggressive, self-starter to market specialized orthopedic products to physical therapists and doctors. We are a growing orthopedic rehab device company that specializes in mechanical therapy for patients who have compromised joint motion injury or surgery. We develop, manufacture and distribute all of our devices, which are unique offerings to the medical community, as there are no devices commercially available that can promise the dramatic clinical improvements that we do for patients with moderate to severe range restrictions. Overall responsibility of Sales Associate: Support territory Sales Representative(s) efforts to maximize revenue generation within the territory by taking on the tasks of picking up and delivering devices to patients, instructing patients on how to use the equipment and gathering required clinical documentation from and to therapy clinics. Typical Work Activities Include: * Arranging appointments (8 minimum) with doctors and physical therapists, which may include pre-arranged meetings or regular calling to achieve these appointments. * Making presentations to orthopedic surgeons, practice staff, nurses, physical therapists and nurse case managers. * Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administration staff (e.g. receptionists). * Setting up and picking up devices from patient homes and physical therapy clinics. * Keeping detailed records of all contacts and reaching these offices/clinics on a regular routine basis.

    • Consistently exceeding quotas established by Regional and National Sales Manager. * Organize territory Sales Representative to reduce windshield time and maximize selling skills. * Planning work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the Sales Representative in territory. * Keeping up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with professionals during presentations. * Monitoring competitor activity and competitors products. * Maintaining knowledge of new developments in the Orthopedic Realm, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts business and adapting strategy accordingly. * Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the Orthopedic and Physical Therapy sector. * Be able to work independently maximizing sales. * Be able to work 50+ hours per week including Weekends when necessary. Requirements * Reliable transportation * ABILITY TO RELOCATE TO YOUR ASSIGNED TERRITORY IN 12-18 months A MUST. * Demonstrated ability to work independently * Minimum of two years of successful sales experience * Strong sales and mechanical aptitude COMPENSATION * Base Salary 30k * 401k * Health/Dental/Vision * Car allowance * Cell phone reimbursement * Company supplied storage unit
