    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support Marketing, Quality, Operations, Employee engagement and Retention event planning & production team members with all aspects of event needs, planning, logistics, and execution/production
    • Assist with development and inventory management of marketing collateral, such as printed/digital brochures & education materials
    • Administrative tasks including but not limited to: mail merges, badge making, seating charts, managing RSVP lists, filing, faxing, calendar management, typing, related emails, photocopying, materials creation/packaging, event venues research and event vendor management
    • Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and community wellness events, as well as team engagement and social responsibility initiatives, including communication with event community partners, attendees, vendors, and staff
    • Assist with developing new relationships with organizations and individuals, as well as cultivating current relationships
    • Provide on-site support at events as required, including but not limited to event setup and breakdown
    • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and related and assigned social media, to inform and inspire the development of new event experiences and activations
    • Track all event-related invoices & complete expenses reports tied back to pre-approved event budget
    • Create event project plans and track progress and communicate status on deliverables and action items to sales and marketing team leads
    • Complete status, event, and production reports by deadlines
    • Work with the event leads to learn how to create events & meetings that supports the overall growth goals of the company
    • Demonstrate attention to detail while working in fast-paced environment both independently and in a team setting with the ability to work with shifting priorities while still achieving goals
    • Ad hoc projects and duties as requested
  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
    • Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
    • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
    • Have access to reliable transportation to travel and ability to attend marketing/community events throughout NJ, as well as assist with event setup and breakdown

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
    • Junior level desired
    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or another related field
