We file insurance claims on behalf of our patients and secure co-insurance and out of pocket expenses upfront to ensure payment for our services. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the billing of claims and experience in the DME industry would make the transition much easier. Responsibilities will include submitting reimbursement request to Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial insurances, processing and follow up on payer denials, initiate private pay collections on insurance cancellations, denials, or other issues and research and resolve client billing problems or issues.
