Qualifications
Education & Experience - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on executive-level roles.

- Strong time and project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and external partners appropriately.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and executive search processes.
- Proven experience in executive onboarding or similar roles.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
