🕘 Schedule & Requirements
Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required
🎯 What You’ll Do – Your Impact Matters
Be the first friendly voice—handle inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule visits
Assess client and caregiver needs to ensure safe, high-quality care
Solve scheduling puzzles and keep shifts running like clockwork
Support caregivers and families with training, guidance, and empathy
Maintain compliance with accurate documentation and monitoring
Be the bridge between clients, providers, and our Client Services team
Join on-call rotations and management meetings to drive improvement
Bring innovation to care coordination and handle key admin tasks
