The Facebook Legal team is seeking a motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented candidate with impeccable judgement to join our Law Enforcement Response Team for the North American region. The right candidate must have a strong work ethic, impeccable judgement and exceptional partnering skills. The position is full-time and is based in our Austin, Texas office. Responsibilities * Develop and deliver training to a team handling a large volume of incoming requests from law enforcement and third parties, and ensuring that all requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and our law enforcement guidelines * Support escalations related to sensitive subject matter to trainees during their on-boarding period * Identify need for supplemental training and design and deliver ongoing training to tenured team members * Clearly respond to process and policy questions from internal parties * Working with a cross-functional team, drive improvements to policies and processes within the law enforcement response team * Research and create instructional content, with the ability to draft, proof, revise, and edit copy to ensure both accuracy of grammar and quality of content * Able to convert complex ideas and concepts into easily understood documentation * Provide support to leadership as needed, including documentation change management and metrics * Coordinate documentation updates related to new and existing training and the successful execution of complex, cross-functional operational support efforts for new workflows and policies * Apply impeccable judgement and time management required to prioritize multiple competing priorities * Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that development and operational readiness requirements are understood and implemented Minimum Qualifications * BA/BS degree * 3+ years of operational experience * Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing work time without compromising quality * Experience working independently with minimal supervision * Experience with various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.) * Communication and interpersonal experience * Proofreading experience * Organizational experience * Experience partnering in a team and internal partners * Experience in handling sensitive matters and maintaining confidentiality
