As a Facilitator, you will:

• Understand and adhere to Ethicon environmental and safety policies/guidelines, J&J Pollution Prevention Goals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide the first level of supervision in a manufacturing unit.
• Supervise in accordance with established policies and methods to meet production commitments.
• Assign duties and actively assist or provide direction to subordinates as required.
• Monitor work operations and employee performance.
• Responsible for compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and local policies.
• Responsible for the safety of shift members
• Work under general supervision, with responsibility to make decisions to meet operational objectives.
• Erroneous decisions or recommendations or failure to get results may cause delays in program schedules and result in the allocation of additional resources.
• Comply with all applicable quality management system, environmental, safety and occupational health policies. (for example, ISO 13485, ISO14001 & OSHAS18001).

• A minimum of a B.S. degree Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required.
• A degree in technical, business, logistics or engineering is preferred.
• JDE, EXCEL, other computer skills as required.
• Understands and adheres to EPS principles and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills is required.
• Statistical and analytical problem solving is required.
• This position will require up to 10% travel.
• The ability to work overtime, off-shift hours and some holidays as needed by business is required.

The San Angelo Plant is a 24/7 operation; weekends and holidays are included in the work schedule.
