This position ensures: processes are in place to support an exceptional customer service environment, high quality equipment is available and easy for the customer to understand and use, DME equipment and processes are effectively integrated into business and clinical operations, efficient and effective work within a team environment, and all customers have an excellent experience with Fairview Home Medical Equipment. Applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and desire to work independently in a team environment. This position will have a home base in our main location in St. Paul, but may be asked to float or cover other locations occasionally as the need arises. It is authorized for 80 hours per two week pay period and is benefit and PTO eligible. The schedule is Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM Job Qualifications: Required Education * Associate Degree in Healthcare or equivalent work experience Experience * 1 year working in clinic setting License/Certification/Registration * Basic Life Support certification for a healthcare provider Preferred Education * Bachelors Degree in health care related field Experience * 2+ years in a direct patient care setting * 6 months experience fitting DME/respiratory equipment License/Certification/Registration * Polysomnography Technician (PSGT) and/or Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for DME Coordinator in sleep centers only About Fairview Health Services Fairview Health Services (fairview.org) is an award-winning, nonprofit health system providing exceptional care across the full spectrum of health care services.
