ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This position is responsible for implementing interventions in the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). Additionally, the BHT will work collaboratively with all consumers, families, and stakeholders.

POSITION DETAILS: This is a Part Time Variable position; Not benefits eligible. 10-15 hours a week. Evening hours, after 4pm (may vary based on assigned consumers).

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS?

High School Diploma or Equivalent

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid PA Drivers License and Car Insurance

Ability to Obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances

Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills

Organizational skills

Ability to travel and work at multiple locations

SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS: $750 at 90 days | $750 at 180 days.
