The Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist is responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload. This position also ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner.
Position details: This can be a full-time position with benefits or a part-time position; 30 hours per week. Daylight & after school/early evening hours may vary based on assigned consumers. This position will support our Chambersburg clinic. We offer billable and non-billable rates for services. Job responsibilities of the Licensed Outpatient Therapist:
Demonstrates proficiency with assessment skills
Developments individualized treatment plans
Provision of therapy to consumers in individually recommended setting
Provision of treatment of the whole person
Evaluates individualized consumer-drive treatment plan reviews
Develops transition and discharge planning
Completes all required clinical documentation
Responds to emergency/crisis situations with team members and consumers
Maintains assigned, planned schedule
Maintains a commitment to professional development
Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
Supports on-going and future business needs
Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline.
o Must have a verified clinical practicum
Or licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
At least 1 year of experience with either a CASSP service system, or employed by a licensed mental health services agency, or subcontracted agency, or other mental health clinicians with documents training in the field of behavioral modification techniques
