The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clinical quality of services provided. This position provides direct billable services and acts as a specialized clinician, providing training and supervision, clinical consultation and collaboration, assessment and assistance, and clinical guidance and mentoring to all assigned programs. This role is a great opportunity to expand your clinical skills and grow as a leader within FBR. Position details: This is a full-time position. This position will support our Uniontown clinic. Travel is required for the position. Schedule is Monday thru Friday daylight hours, but must be available to work 1 evening per week. Some telehealth and work from home opportunities available!
Job responsibilities of the Outpatient Clinical Supervisor:
Ensures provision of highest clinical quality service for all consumers
Provides direction, administration, and supervision of all aspects of services provided
Develops program staff in assigned programs
Maintains clinical training and development for all staff
Provides on-going clinical support to all members of the clinical team
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
Follows all established personnel policies and procedures
Ensures adequate supervision to ensure clinical efficacy
Maintains assigned, planned schedule
Maintains a commitment to professional development
Adheres to professional and ethical interaction policies and procedures
Supports on-going and future business needs
Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required
Professional license required- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
At least 3 years mental health experience
At least 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
Credentialing with regional insurance companies preferred for outpatient opportunities
