    ABOUT YOUR ROLE: This position is responsible for providing direct and indirect behavioral intervention and consultation to consumers, family, and other stakeholders. This position is responsible for guiding treatment by developing a treatment plan, monitoring progress on goals, intervening directly with a consumer, and developing programs, as appropriate.

    POSITION DETAILS: Part Time Variable position; Not benefits eligible. There is room for growth in this role. May need transport consumers in your own personal car.

    DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS?

    Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, ABA or similar human services field

    Or having a Master’s Degree with 50% or more of ABA course work, if degree is not in one of the above fields

    Or having a PA Behavior Specialist License

    At least 1 year of experience in either a CASSP service system or employed by a licensed mental health services agency or subcontracted agency. Or completed training in conducting and using a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), and in positive behavioral support. Training must be provided by the Bureau of Autism Services, or an accredited college or university.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must possess a valid driver’s license for the purpose of transporting consumers (AERI programs only)

    Must possess proof of automobile insurance

    Must be proficient in use of electronic health record system

    Organization and attention to detail

    Clear written and verbal communication skills

    Language, mathematical, and reasoning ability skills

    Must be able to make sound decisions to support consumers in a calm and timely manner; must be able to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities based upon consumer needs, and react quickly to prevent consumer injury or injury to another due to consumer behavior

    SIGN ON BONUS PAID AS FOLLOWS:

    $625 at 90 days | $625 at 180 days | $625 at 270 days | $625 at 365 days.
